We always aim to process orders as soon as possible, however, in peak times such as Christmas, Mother's Day etc., this can take anything between 2 - 4 working days.

All orders are shipped via 1st Class post within the processing times given upon ordering and Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1 - 2 working days from dispatch. Please be aware that, as this is not a tracked or guaranteed delivery service, we are unable to guarantee a specific date for delivery. The estimates given by Etsy at the time of ordering are NOT guaranteed dates and, during peak times or unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take longer than anticipated.
There is an option upon checkout to upgrade to Special Delivery, which Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day after dispatch.
PLEASE NOTE: the processing times (as above) will remain the same.
International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Standard and can take 5-11 business days to arrive depending on your country so please bear this in mind when ordering.
All USA customer tariff fees and import duties are fully covered and included in the purchase price at checkout. This means you won't be charged any additional fees when your item arrives in the United States. We take care of all customs-related costs upfront to ensure a smooth, hassle-free delivery experience with no unexpected charges at the door.

The cards themselves will be supplied with their own individual envelopes and will be placed inside a cello bag for their protection. If you would prefer not to have a cello bag included, please state this upon checkout. All orders will be posted out in a board backed envelope or postal box (depending upon the size of the order).

If an item has been personalised, this is non-returnable.
If the item has not been personalised and you have simply changed your mind and no longer require it, please contact us in the first instance, within 7 days of receipt, to request the return. This item can then be returned to us at a cost to you (buyer pays the returns postage). Please ensure you receive proof of postage from the Post Office prior to returning the item and, once we have received it back in the original condition, we will issue a full refund, which will exclude the original postage and the returns postage.
Our cards are printed with high quality cardstock, printers and genuine inks. However, please be aware that due to monitor differences the colour on screen may be slightly different to the finished product.

Our posters are crafted on 230gsm Archival Matte paper, boasting a bright white, reflection-free surface that beautifully showcases images and text with unparalleled clarity.
All of our prints are shipped in tubes (except sizes 6x4", 7x5" and A4 prints which are shipped in cardboard mailer envelopes).
UK Delivery
Orders are currently being processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation to confirm your order has been dispatched and is on it’s way to you.
All prints up to size A4 are packaged in rigid cardboard mailer envelopes which ensure their safe delivery.
Larger prints are packaged in postal tubes.
All prints are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery.
Orders may be sent in multiple packages due to the order size.
Estimated delivery time
Once dispatched within 2-5 business days, Royal Mail UK parcels typically takes 1-2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
International Delivery
For our international customers our A4 prints will be shipped in board back envelopes and all larger prints are shipped in tubes by a carrier local to your destination. A tracking link will be provided with your order.
We ship worldwide and orders will be dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Delivery to Ireland is within 3-7 business days excluding weekends.
Delivery to Europe is within 7-10 business days excluding weekends.
Delivery Worldwide is within 7-10 business days but due to customs, could take a few days longer.
Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout.
Please be aware that all of the timescales listed above are estimated times, please refer to your tracking reference for further information.
Customs and Imports Taxes
All custom charges are to be PAID by the customer.
If the customer chooses not to pay the custom charges and the item is returned we will refund the items minus the postage cost.
If ordering from Europe/Ireland or worldwide PLEASE bare in mind the added custom/vat fees, we have no control over the amount charged.
